Integrations: Google Drive, HubSpot, Notion, OneDrive, etc.
You can connect different tools to Juma so you can pull context for your Project knowledge directly from Google Drive, Notion, OneDrive, SharePoint, and HubSpot. This is really useful because most teams already have their files stored in these places. Instead of downloading and re-uploading everything to Juma, you can just connect your account and access these sources directly.
Where to add integrations
You can add integrations in two places: inside Project knowledge or inside your Context library.
Project knowledge: Connect files that are specific to a particular Project. These files will be available to everyone working in that Project.
Context library: Connect files to your personal context hub. These files will be available across different chats and Projects whenever you need them.
How to connect an integration
To connect an integration from Project knowledge:
- Open your Project
- Click on Knowledge in the sidebar
- Select Data sources
- Choose the integration you want to connect (Google Drive, Notion, OneDrive, SharePoint, or HubSpot)
- Click the connect button and authenticate with your account
Once you're authenticated, you can browse and select files directly from that platform.
To connect an integration from your Context library:
- Click the plus button in the chat input field (or use the @ shortcut)
- Select Add context
- Choose the integration you want to connect
- Authenticate with your account
- Browse and select the files you want to add
Keeping files up to date
If you update a document in Google Drive, Notion, OneDrive, SharePoint, or HubSpot, you don't need to re-upload it to Juma. Just click the refresh button next to the file in your Project knowledge or Context library, and Juma will pull the latest version.
This keeps your context current without manual work.
Using your Context library with integrations
Your Context library is like the context hub for your workspace. It's private to you, and all the files you connect from integrations get stored there so you can reuse them between different chats and Projects.
When you select a file from your Context library, it gets attached to the top of your chat. You don't need to worry about where all your files are stored. All the context you need is accessible right in Juma.
Available integrations
You can connect the following platforms to Juma:
- Google Drive
- Notion
- OneDrive
- SharePoint
- HubSpot
Each integration works the same way: authenticate once, then browse and add files whenever you need them.
