How to manage your billing settings, adjust seat count and update payment information

You can manage all your billing and subscription details from your workspace settings. This includes viewing your current plan, adjusting seats, updating payment information, and accessing your transaction history.

Accessing your billing settings

To get to your billing information:

  • Click on your name in the bottom left
  • Select Workspace settings
  • Click on Billing in the sidebar

Understanding your billing overview

At the top of the billing page, you'll see your current monthly or yearly payment amount, the cost per user, your billing cadence, and when your next billing date is coming up.

Managing seats

To add or remove seats from your plan, click Manage seats and adjust the number as needed.

One important thing to note: you can't decrease seats below your current number of workspace members. If you want to reduce seats, you'll need to remove team members from your workspace first so the seat count matches.

Updating billing details

Your billing details are what appear on your invoices. To update them:

  • Click Update billing details
  • Edit your customer name, address line, postal code, city, region, and other information
  • Save your changes

Managing payment information

To update your payment method, click Edit payment information. You'll be taken to our external Paddle portal.

From the Paddle portal, you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • View payment history
  • Access recent invoices

Viewing transaction history

Your transaction history appears at the bottom of the billing page. For each transaction, you'll see the invoice number, transaction date, and status (such as "Completed").

To download an invoice, just click the download button next to any transaction.

Canceling your subscription

You have two ways to cancel your subscription:

  • Click Cancel subscription at the bottom of the billing page in Juma
  • Cancel through the external Paddle portal

Both options will end your subscription at the end of your current billing period.
