Account settings: Username, password, and email
Your account settings let you manage your personal information in Juma. You can change your password, update your name, and (in most cases) change your email address.
Accessing your account settings
To get to your account settings:
- Click on your name in the bottom left corner
- Select My profile
Changing your password
From the My profile section, you can update your password:
- Click on Password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm your new password
- Click Save
That's it. Your new password will be active right away.
Changing your name and email
To update your name or email, click My profile in the sidebar, update your first name, last name, or email address as needed, and click Save.
A note about Google login
If you're logging in with your Google account and haven't set up a separate Juma password, you won't be able to change your email address. This is because your login is tied directly to your Google account.
To change your email in this situation, you'll need to set up a password for your Juma account first. Once you have a password, you'll be able to update your email.
