How to use the sidebar in Juma to find your Projects and chats

The left sidebar in Juma helps you access your Projects and chats quickly. Here's how everything is organized:

Pinned Projects

At the very top of your sidebar, you'll see your pinned Projects. These stay at the top so your most important work is always one click away.

To pin a Project, hover over it and click the three dots. Select Pin project. This will move it to the top of your Project list and stay there until you unpin it. Pin the Projects you use daily so they never get buried.

Recent Projects

Below your pinned Projects, you'll see your recent Projects. These update automatically based on what you've been working on. The most recent Project you've created chats in will appear here, no matter if private or shared.

Chat section

Your most recent chats show up in the chat section, organized by time. You'll see chats from today, the past 7 days, the past 30 days, and so on. This makes it easy to continue a conversation, check something you discussed earlier, or pick up right where you left off.

Finding Projects and chats

If you can't find a Project in your sidebar, go to the Projects main page. This is where you can browse and search all of your Projects, whether they're private, shared with the team, or shared with you.

There's also a search bar where you can search for Projects by name. Just type in a keyword and it will show you all the Projects that have that word in their name.

For even faster searching, use Cmd + K (Mac) or Ctrl + K (Windows) to trigger the search. This searches across everything: Projects, chats, and Pages.

Quick recap

Pinned Projects stay at the top for your most important work. Recent Projects appear below that, updating automatically. The chat section shows your recent chats organized by time. Use the Projects page or Cmd + K to find anything you need.
