Flows

A Flow is a pre-built, multi-step workflow that Juma runs end-to-end. You describe what you need, Juma plans it, executes it, and hands you a finished deliverable: a PDF, a spreadsheet, a carousel, a landing page, a full report.

We've built them across every major marketing category: advertising, analytics, content, SEO, strategy, and more.

Flows work with your Project knowledge and Brand profiles automatically. Find them in the Flows menu in the sidebar.

Brand profiles

The Brand profile is a centralized set of assets and guidelines that help Juma consistently generate on-brand content.

It stores your colors, typography, logos, icons, illustrations, and brand guidelines - and Juma pulls from all of it automatically across every chat, agent run, and Flow.

Working with multiple brands or clients? Create a separate profile for each one and assign it to the right Project.

You can also point Juma at your website and it'll pull your colors, logos, tone, and key details automatically. Tweak what you want, ship the rest.

New integrations

Meta Ads

Connect your Facebook and Instagram ad data and get a clearer picture of campaign performance - cost per result, CTR, budget efficiency, and spend breakdowns.

Fathom & Fireflies

Both auto-record and transcribe your Zoom, Meet, and Teams calls. Ask Juma to pull meeting summaries, action items, or key decisions - and turn them into follow-ups, briefs, or project notes without manual note-taking.

Slack

Send messages, post summaries, and share deliverables straight into the right channel - without copy-pasting anything out of Juma.

SEO Pulse

Live keyword rankings, visibility trends, and site health data. Use it to track performance, write SEO-optimized content, build briefs, and turn your search data into strategy.

Juma SEO Scout

No external SEO tool needed. SEO Scout gives you keyword volumes, competitor rankings, content gaps, and web data. Useful for anyone doing SEO, content strategy, or market research.

LinkedIn

Connect your LinkedIn account and let Juma manage posts, retrieve profile data, and interact with your professional network.

Mixpanel

Pull analytics data, query events, and bring product insights directly into your conversations and agent workflows.

Chat and workflow

Prompt queue
Queue your next prompt while Juma is still working on the previous one. No waiting around between steps.

Interactive checklists
When Juma needs more context the AI gives a checklist and you can now check off items directly in the chat.

Multi-question surveys
Juma can now ask multiple clarifying questions in a single survey when you kick off a task without all the details.

Magic Wand improvements
The Magic Wand is back in top form - noticeably snappier and more reliable across your conversations.

Create and update projects from chat
Set up and maintain fully configured Projects without leaving the chat. Name it, set visibility, add Project knowledge, update brand voice, attach examples.

Best Practices modal
A new in-app guide with topic-based tips, so you can find out how to get the most out of Juma without leaving your workflow.

Project knowledge

Multiple Info & Instructions blocks
You can now add multiple Info & Instructions blocks to your Project knowledge. Instead of cramming everything into one, create separate focused blocks for different topics, workflows, or personas within the same project.

Attach existing instructions
A new "Attach existing" dropdown lets you pull in instructions you're already using in other Projects.

Detach files from Project knowledge
Clean up or swap out files tied to a project's Project knowledge whenever you need to.

Custom font uploads
Upload your brand fonts (.woff2, .ttf, .otf) directly into your Projects. They're available in the sandbox too, so your generated content stays on-brand. We also added a Google Fonts resolver with a curated font pack out of the box.

Deliverables and file sharing

Improved PDF and web page design
Juma now generates PDFs and web pages that actually look professionally crafted - better color palettes, more thoughtful typography, and layouts that don't feel AI-generated. If you've set up a Brand profile, Juma pulls from it automatically.

Deliverables visual redesign
Each file type now shows a branded icon so you can tell at a glance what you're looking at - PDFs, spreadsheets, presentations, and more. HTML previews also render sharper and more polished right inside Juma.

Open HTML deliverables in the sidekick panel
HTML files generated during a chat now open in the side panel for quick previewing without losing your place.

Share assets with permanent links
Anything Juma produces - a doc, an image, a file - can now be shared with a permanent link. No more expired URLs.

One unified Share experience
Share Thread and Share Asset are now merged into a single, consistent flow. Same dialog, same behavior, fewer things to remember.

More from the attachment modal
You can now share, preview, and download attachments right from the modal. And markdown deliverables can be copied with a single click from the preview dialog.

UI and polish

Redesigned integrations panel
The integrations panel is now a cleaner, categorized modal so you can find and connect what you need much faster.

Private conversation indicator
A small "Private" label now appears in the breadcrumb header so you can see at a glance whether a conversation is private - especially useful when moving between shared and private threads in the same workspace.

Sound notifications
Hear a notification when you finish an agent run or receive a chat response. Turn it on from your profile in the top left, under sound notifications.

A note on pricing

We recently introduced a new credit-based pricing model. New users signing up today are on this plan - it's pay-as-you-go, no limits on usage, works with any model.

The reason: the Juma agent can run for 10–15 minutes on a single task, sometimes doing the equivalent of 500 regular chats in one go. That's incredibly powerful, but it means we can't offer it under a flat seat price. It needs to be tied to actual usage.

We also expanded from four pricing tiers to eight, so there's a better fit whether you're a solo operator or a larger team. And if you're on an annual plan, credits come in monthly - you don't have to front-load a year of usage on day one. On the credit-based plan, you can also earn credits by referring other teams to Juma.

Some of what we shipped this month is on the credit-based plan only. If you're on our original seat-based plan, nothing changes - your commitment stands and everything you already have access to stays exactly as is.
