Introducing Adoption Reports

Available to workspace admins, Adoption reports provide an overview of:

• Usage trends: See the number of monthly active users and adoption patterns over time
• User segments: See distribution across power users, regulars and beginners
• Project activity: Compare collaboration and engagement across shared Projects
• Message analytics: Track total chats, private vs. shared messages, and engagement metrics
• Team overview: Understand workspace usage patterns and collaboration trends

1. Email Composer

Turn meeting notes or previous emails into polished responses. Paste your content, set your goal, and let AI write your reply.

2. Image Text Extraction

Pull text from any image - screenshots, documents, photos, or diagrams. No more manual retyping.

3. YouTube Video Navigator

Search through video content, ask questions, and use video information in your AI conversations.

Clear Project Access Control

New permission settings let you control who sees what:

• Private Projects only you can access
• Selective sharing with specific team members
• Workspace-wide access for full team collaboration

New AI Models

• GPT-o1 and o3-mini now available for faster everyday tasks

Web Search Integration
