Research agent

The Research agent is purpose-built for deep research. Instead of spending hours digging through articles, websites, and resources trying to piece together insights, the agent searches across dozens of sources, connects insights, validates information, and delivers a comprehensive report.

Whether you're working on client pitches, market analysis, competitor positioning, campaign strategy, or industry research, the Research agent can handle it.

How to turn on the Research agent

You can activate the Research agent in two ways:

From any chat: Click on the research button (below the chat input) and Juma will automatically know you want to perform deep research

Using keywords: Type "deep research" or "research" anywhere in your prompt and Juma will automatically activate the agent even if you haven't clicked the button

Running your research

Once the agent is active, describe what you'd like to research. The agent will scan articles, reports, case studies, and industry data to build your report.

Example prompt: "Deep research TikTok advertising best practices for DTC brands: ad formats, targeting strategy, successful case studies, and benchmarks."

Juma will indicate that the Research agent has started and show you exactly what stage it's at. The research process takes two to three minutes because the agent is doing research work, connecting insights across sources.

What you'll get

After the research is complete, Juma will automatically generate two files:

PDF report: A comprehensive document with all findings and sources
Markdown file: An editable version ready to share with your team or clients

Both files include detailed findings and a full list of sources the agent analyzed at the bottom of the report.

Adding visualizations

After your initial research, you can further prompt Juma and enhance your findings with visual elements:

"Give me some graphs and charts to visualize these findings."

Juma will create relevant visualizations based on your research data. You can then ask Juma to turn everything into a presentation deck if needed.
